Introduction

Delta Air Lines is set to elevate the travel experience for its premium passengers with the introduction of exclusive airport lounges. By the end of 2024, Delta One lounges will be available in several major international hubs, providing a luxurious experience for long-haul business and first-class travelers.

New Delta One Lounges

This week, Delta Air Lines debuted its very first Delta One lounge at New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK). The airline has announced further plans to open Delta One lounges at Boston-Logan International Airport (BOS) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) by the end of 2024. These lounges will offer exclusive access to Delta’s long-haul business and first-class customers, along with select business and first-class ticket holders on Delta partners and Delta 360 members flying domestic first class.

Expansion to Seattle

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is also on the list of future Delta One lounge locations. Delta’s second Sky Club in SEA is planned for December 2024, and a dedicated Delta One lounge will open by 2025. The exact location within the airport is yet to be disclosed, but it’s possible that the space could be repurposed from the existing Sky Club at Terminal A.

Additional Sky Club Openings

In addition to the Delta One lounges, Delta Air Lines plans to expand its Sky Club network. New lounges are set to open at non-hub airports by the end of 2024. Miami International Airport (MIA) will see an expansion of its Sky Club space, while a new 15,000-square-foot lounge at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is expected to debut by the end of the year. However, starting February 1, 2025, Delta will implement new restrictions, limiting the number of Sky Club visits for credit card holders annually.

Conclusion

Delta Air Lines continues to enhance its services for premium travelers by introducing exclusive lounges at major international hubs. These new Delta One lounges and expanded Sky Club facilities reflect the airline’s commitment to providing a luxurious and comfortable travel experience.
