Rowoon’s military enlistment has officially been postponed.
On July 17, FNC Entertainment announced that Rowoon, who was originally scheduled to enlist as an active-duty soldier on July 21, received a Grade 7 re-examination notice during his pre-enlistment physical examination. As a result, his enlistment has been delayed. Rowoon has since filed an appeal and is set to undergo a reassessment in early August.
The agency explained,
“The reason for the re-examination involves personal medical information, so we cannot disclose the details. We kindly ask for your understanding.”

We would like to provide an update regarding our artist Rowoon’s military enlistment schedule.
Rowoon was originally scheduled to enlist as an active-duty soldier on July 21. However, starting this July, the Military Manpower Administration has implemented a system in which all conscripts undergo pre-enlistment physical examinations two weeks before enlistment. During this process, Rowoon received a Grade 7 re-examination notice.
He has already filed an appeal and is scheduled to undergo a reassessment in early August. Rowoon wishes to confirm that there are no issues preventing him from fulfilling his mandatory service and hopes to enlist as an active-duty soldier as soon as possible.
