The Korean Business Research Institute has officially released its October brand reputation rankings for advertisement models, offering a snapshot of which stars are currently resonating most with consumers.
Based on big data gathered from September 2 to October 2, the institute analyzed various factors—including participation, communication, media coverage, and social value—to determine each model’s overall brand reputation index for the month.

Soccer icon Son Heung Min once again topped the list with an impressive brand reputation index of 2,401,330. His keyword analysis highlighted phrases such as “national team captain,” “hat trick,” and “Los Angeles FC,” while related terms like “goal,” “record,” and “victory” reflected his strong performance and public image. The positivity–negativity analysis also showed a remarkably high 94.40% positive response rate, underscoring his continued popularity across demographics.
In second place, Lim Young Woong maintained his strong standing with a brand reputation index of 1,725,371, followed closely by Byeon Woo Seok, who ranked third with 1,627,871. The global superstars BTS secured the fourth spot with 1,497,165, while Kim Jong Kook completed the top five with 1,277,704.
The rest of the top 30 includes a diverse mix of entertainers, athletes, and idols, showing the wide range of public figures who continue to influence consumer sentiment.
