The idol-actor was reportedly on site to assist with preparations for the upcoming 2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit.
In a video circulating online, Cha Eun Woo appears walking confidently into the venue in full military uniform, drawing attention for his sharp visuals and tall, commanding presence.
