ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo’s agency Fantagio has issued an apology following confusion caused by a recent comeback promotion.

As part of the promotional campaign for Cha Eun Woo’s upcoming second mini album “ELSE,” Fantagio launched an “ARS Voice” event where fans could call a number to hear a pre-recorded message from the artist.
However, after some fans mistakenly dialed incorrect numbers, individuals with similar phone numbers reportedly received a flood of unintended calls.

On November 5, Fantagio released an official statement addressing the situation:

“Hello, this is Fantagio.
We are issuing a notice regarding the ARS VOICE #1 content released on November 4 for Cha Eun Woo’s second mini album ‘ELSE.’

The official number is 070-8919-0330, and only this number connects to the event.
Recently, some users have misdialed, resulting in calls being made to unrelated numbers.
Please ensure you dial the correct number.

We sincerely apologize to those who were inconvenienced by this issue.
Thank you.”

Fans expressed mixed reactions online—some amused by the incident, while others urged for better verification measures in future promotions.
Cha Eun Woo is set to release his solo mini album “ELSE” soon, marking another milestone in his expanding career as a singer and actor.
