However, after some fans mistakenly dialed incorrect numbers, individuals with similar phone numbers reportedly received a flood of unintended calls.
On November 5, Fantagio released an official statement addressing the situation:
“Hello, this is Fantagio.
We are issuing a notice regarding the ARS VOICE #1 content released on November 4 for Cha Eun Woo’s second mini album ‘ELSE.’The official number is 070-8919-0330, and only this number connects to the event.
Recently, some users have misdialed, resulting in calls being made to unrelated numbers.
Please ensure you dial the correct number.We sincerely apologize to those who were inconvenienced by this issue.
