Unexpected Fainting Incident at Waterbomb Macao

On October 9, 2025, acclaimed singer Hyuna experienced a concerning incident during her performance at Waterbomb Macao. While performing her popular track “Bubble Pop,” Hyuna momentarily lost consciousness and collapsed on stage. This unexpected fainting spell prompted swift action as her backup dancers rushed to her side, and she was quickly carried off stage by security personnel. The cause behind her fainting remains uncertain, leading to various speculations regarding her recent extreme dieting efforts.

Addressing Fans on Social Media

Later that evening, Hyuna took to Instagram to address her fans directly. In her heartfelt message, she offered an apology for the incident and reassured her supporters that she was okay. She expressed, “I’m truly, truly sorry… I wanted to show you a great performance, but I don’t feel like I managed to be professional.” Hyuna’s candid admission about her condition resonated with many, emphasizing her commitment to her craft and her fans.

A Message of Gratitude and Reassurance

In her post, Hyuna also reflected on the dedication of her fans, acknowledging, “Many Macao fans came, and including our A-ings, everyone paid money to watch this performance, so I feel apologetic.” She committed to building her stamina and working hard in the future. Expressing deep gratitude, she concluded by encouraging her fans not to worry about her, stating, “I am really okay! Don’t worry about me!” She hopes everyone has a good night and continues to cherish their support.
