JTBC has unveiled new stills of Seo Hyun Jin from its upcoming drama “Love Me.”

“Love Me,” a remake of the original Swedish series created by Josephine Bornebusch, follows a family that may seem self-centered but remains deeply relatable. Each member embarks on a personal journey of love, healing, and growth.

Seo Hyun Jin stars as obstetrician-gynecologist Seo Joon Kyung. Though she appears to be a career-driven woman content with single life, her polished exterior hides a profound loneliness. For the past seven years, she has avoided confronting a tragic event that shook her family, choosing instead to bury her pain under unwavering discipline and relentless focus.

Joon Kyung’s life begins to shift when she forms an unexpected connection with her next-door neighbor Joo Do Hyun (Chang Ryul). Sensing the solitude she has long concealed, Do Hyun becomes the catalyst for quiet, budding affection. As she gradually opens her heart, Joon Kyung not only learns to love again but also rediscovers her relationship with herself and her family.

The newly released stills capture Joon Kyung in a serene and steady atmosphere. A subtle transformation can be seen in her expression—once marked by emptiness and isolation—sparking curiosity about her emotional journey.

Her gaze now carries a hint of warmth, and a faint smile gently touches her lips. Though her heart still feels encased in winter, Joon Kyung has been quietly yearning for her own spring to arrive.

The production team commented, “On the surface, Joon Kyung appears strong, but inside, she is someone whose time has stood still. Seo Hyun Jin conveys that halted time with delicate shifts in expression and the rhythm of her breathing. The moments when her heart begins to move again will unfold gently through her performance. We hope viewers will feel the warmth that slowly seeps through the winter cold.”

“Love Me” premieres on December 19 at 8:50 p.m. KST, with two consecutive episodes airing each week.
