Source Music has released a firm statement addressing the recent surge in malicious online posts directed at LE SSERAFIM and its members, affirming that the company will escalate legal actions against individuals responsible for harmful content.

On November 14, the agency revealed that its real-time monitoring system—alongside HYBE’s unified reporting channel for artist rights violations—has detected a significant increase in posts containing defamatory remarks, insults, ridicule, and fabricated information aimed at the group. The agency emphasized that such behavior constitutes a criminal offense and will be dealt with accordingly.

In its official announcement, Source Music reiterated that it has been conducting both routine and special legal responses against malicious posts found across online communities. The company stressed that anonymity does not offer protection, and that penalties have consistently been issued to offenders.

The agency also highlighted that circulating unverified claims or rumors as though they were factual—thereby damaging an artist’s reputation—is a clear violation of personal rights and subject to legal consequences. In response to the severity of recent cases, the company is further strengthening its monitoring mechanisms and legal protocols.

Following its previous notice, Source Music reported that multiple individuals have already faced criminal penalties. The agency continues to cooperate closely with investigating authorities by providing evidence and clarifying the damages experienced by the artists. It reaffirmed that no settlements or leniency will be considered under any circumstances.

Source Music also noted that malicious content posted on any platform—domestic or international, including portals, online communities, and social media—remains subject to legal action. The company expressed gratitude to fans who have submitted reports via HYBE’s official artist protection portal, stating that the information provided greatly assists ongoing efforts.

Concluding the statement, the agency thanked FEARNOT for their continued support and assured that it will continue to take every possible measure to safeguard the rights and well-being of LE SSERAFIM.
