SBS has officially announced the cast lineup for its upcoming medical drama Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia. On November 18, the production team confirmed that Kim Ji Won, Lee Jung Eun, Son Hyun Joo, and Kim Woo Seok will be starring in the highly anticipated series, drawing immediate attention from viewers.

Kim Ji Won will play Gye Su Jeong, a genius surgeon sent by Jang Hee Suk’s Doctor Dispatch Agency to fill a critical gap in the surgical department at Guseo University Hospital. Inside the operating room, she is known as the “mad dog”—a doctor whose skills speak louder than words and who exposes corruption by placing it directly under the surgical light.
Lee Jung Eun takes on the role of Jang Hee Suk, the head of the Doctor Dispatch Agency. Though she appears talkative and materialistic, she is in fact a clever strategist who skillfully uses her public persona to expand her business.
Son Hyun Joo will portray Bu Seung Gwon, the director of a branch of Guseo University Hospital. Determined to revive the collapsing institution, he becomes a key figure driving the drama’s central conflict.
Kim Woo Seok transforms into intern Park Tae Kyung, the only son of a family that runs a major regional hospital. His life inside the hospital becomes complicated after his fateful encounter with Gye Su Jeong.
Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia is scheduled to premiere in 2026. With its confirmed star-studded cast and intriguing premise, the drama is already generating strong anticipation.
