In the Chinese entertainment industry, Luo Jin’s romantic history has long drawn public interest. One of the most discussed moments is the striking “confession” he once made to actress Miao Pu during a variety program. Yet with time, that episode naturally faded into the past, while the person who truly walked into a stable life with him was actress Tang Yan, with whom he collaborated many times.

A Public “Confession” That Led Nowhere

At the time, Miao Pu was enjoying great popularity due to her work in Mu Guiying Takes Command, while Luo Jin was still building his career. During a program recording, his emotional praise for Miao Pu sparked wide discussion and triggered rumors about their relationship.

However, neither ever confirmed any private connection. Years later, Miao Pu gave birth to twins in the United States, with the father being a non-celebrity. This effectively closed the chapter. Five years later, the two reunited in the drama Royal Nirvana, playing “Crown Prince” and “Consort Zhao,” symbolically drawing a line under the past.

With Tang Yan: From On-Screen Partnership to Real-Life Companionship

Luo Jin and Tang Yan first worked together in Farewell to Arms and later in Agent X. Their chemistry grew, gaining further attention through Diamond Lover.
By the time of their fourth collaboration, Princess Weiyoung, their off-screen rapport had become too natural to ignore.

On Tang Yan’s birthday, Luo Jin announced their relationship with a childhood-photo collage and the message: “My shoulder will always be your support.” Simple but sincere, the announcement was well received.

Their Present Lives: Balance Between Work and Family

After marriage, Tang Yan slowed down her work pace and focused more on family life, appearing refreshed and content upon returning to the public eye. Luo Jin continued strengthening his acting career with projects such as I Will Find You a Better Home and The Long River, earning recognition as a reliable, skilled actor.

From his youthful boldness to today’s quiet steadiness, Luo Jin’s changes reflect not only different choices in relationships but also growth shaped by life experience.
