According to the statement, Lee Jung Ha applied to join the Marine Corps and was recently notified of his acceptance. He is scheduled to enter the Marine Corps Education and Training Group on January 26, 2026, where he will start fulfilling his duty of service. As enlistment days are typically crowded with service members and families, the agency clarified that no separate official event will be held.

Born in 1998, Lee Jung Ha debuted in 2017 through the web drama Heart Attack Warning. He later rose to prominence with the hit series Moving, establishing himself as one of the most promising young actors of his generation. His decision to serve as a Marine highlights both determination and responsibility.

Namoo Actors expressed deep gratitude for the consistent support fans have given him and asked for continued warm encouragement until he returns after completing his service and growing further in the process.

As he prepares to enlist in early 2026, fans look forward to seeing him complete this new chapter safely and eventually return to the screen with even greater maturity.
