JTBC’s upcoming romance drama Surely Tomorrow has unveiled a tense preview of Park Seo Joon and Won Ji An’s long overdue reunion. The story follows former lovers Lee Gyeong Do (Park Seo Joon), now a journalist covering high-profile scandals, and Seo Ji Woo (Won Ji An), who unexpectedly re-enters his life years after their painful breakup.

Gyeong Do and Ji Woo first met as college freshmen and quickly fell into a passionate yet fragile relationship. They dated twice and broke up twice, leaving behind a mix of cherished memories and unresolved hurt. As adults, their paths diverged completely—Gyeong Do built a career in journalism, while Ji Woo married a man who later becomes the subject of an affair scandal.
Their uneasy reunion begins when Ji Woo suddenly blocks Gyeong Do’s way, appearing without warning. Her expression is calm but resolute, while Gyeong Do is visibly caught off guard, the tension between them revealing just how long—and how deeply—their past has lingered.
Despite the awkward atmosphere, Ji Woo seems unfazed as she makes an unusual request of Gyeong Do, hinting that her visit carries a purpose far more complex than a simple greeting. What pushes her to seek out her first love after 18 years? Is it for help, closure, or a truth long buried?
Surely Tomorrow premieres on December 6 at 10:40 p.m. KST, promising an emotional and compelling exploration of love, regret, and second chances.
