Four months after the debut of idntt’s first unit unevermet, HwangBo MinGyeol has officially departed from the group and terminated his exclusive contract with agency MODHAUS.
On December 15, MODHAUS released an official statement confirming that HwangBo MinGyeol is no longer a member of idntt and that his contract with the company has come to an end. The agency stated that idntt and unevermet will continue their activities with the remaining members, excluding HwangBo MinGyeol.

HwangBo MinGyeol was originally slated to debut as part of unevermet, but his activities were temporarily suspended in July following allegations related to him. As a result, unevermet ultimately debuted in August as a seven-member group instead of the originally planned eight-member lineup.
In its announcement, MODHAUS apologized to fans for the sudden news and expressed gratitude for the support and affection that had been shown to HwangBo MinGyeol. The agency added that it will continue to fully support the remaining idntt members so they can carry out their activities in a stable environment, while also asking for warm support as the artist moves forward on a new path.
