SBS’s upcoming fantasy romance drama “No Tail To Tell” has released the first character stills of Lomon, offering a glimpse into his role in the series.
“No Tail To Tell” follows the story of Eun Ho (Kim Hye Yoon), a quirky Gen Z gumiho who refuses to become human, and Kang Si Yeol (Lomon), an overly confident world-class soccer player. As their paths collide, the drama depicts the unpredictable and chaotic journey through which the two attempt to save one another.
In the newly revealed stills, Lomon portrays Kang Si Yeol, a star striker playing for a prestigious overseas club. At the peak of his career, he enjoys fame, wealth, and success, yet remains driven rather than complacent. However, his seemingly flawless life takes an unexpected turn when Eun Ho suddenly enters it, throwing everything he once took for granted into disarray.
Additional photos trace Kang Si Yeol’s path as an athlete, from his youth to his rise as a global superstar. Though he was not initially regarded as a top prospect, his unwavering passion for soccer and relentless effort set him apart. Training dozens—if not hundreds—of times more than others, his perseverance eventually leads him to an overseas league, where his long-held dream becomes reality. Surrounded by fans and reporters at the airport, his unmistakable superstar presence is on full display.
The production team commented that this project marks Lomon’s first foray into romantic comedy, allowing him to showcase a wide range of charms while delivering both humor and heart-fluttering moments. His playful, love-hate chemistry with Kim Hye Yoon is expected to be one of the drama’s key highlights.
“No Tail To Tell” is set to premiere on January 16 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
