New developments have emerged in the home-invasion robbery case involving actress Nana, drawing renewed public attention.

According to police reports, on November 15, 2025, the Guri Police Station arrested a man in his thirties on charges of breaking into Nana’s home, threatening Nana and her mother with a weapon, and demanding money. During the confrontation, Nana and her mother managed to subdue the suspect, though both sustained injuries in the process. Following a thorough investigation, authorities concluded that the injuries inflicted on the suspect by Nana constituted self-defense.

On January 2, however, multiple media outlets reported that the robber had filed a countersuit against Nana, claiming injury during her act of resistance. The news sparked widespread controversy.

In response, Nana’s agency SUBLIME released an official statement, firmly condemning the perpetrator’s actions. The agency stated that law enforcement authorities had already confirmed the suspect’s criminal acts through a comprehensive investigation. It emphasized that during the incident, the armed assailant caused severe physical and psychological harm to Nana and her family—effects that continue to this day.

SUBLIME further criticized the perpetrator for showing no remorse and for filing a separate complaint against Nana while exploiting her status as a public figure, describing the act as inhumane and a form of secondary victimization.

Reaffirming its position, the agency stated that protecting its artists’ rights and interests remains its highest priority. It announced plans to pursue all available civil and criminal legal actions against the perpetrator and vowed to respond responsibly and resolutely to ensure Nana suffers no further harm.
