The competition among Monday–Tuesday dramas is becoming increasingly intense, with both returning and newly launched series showing notable movement in ratings.

According to Nielsen Korea, episode 5 of ENA’s IDOL I recorded an average nationwide viewership rating of 3.5 percent. This marks a 0.8 percentage point increase from the previous episode’s 2.7 percent, setting a new personal best for the drama since its premiere. The steady rise suggests growing audience engagement as the series progresses.

Meanwhile, tvN’s new drama Spring Fever entered the race with a solid start, debuting at an average nationwide rating of 4.8 percent. Its arrival adds fresh momentum to an already competitive time slot.

Spring Fever is a heartwarming romantic comedy that centers on the relationship between Yoon Bom (played by Lee Joo Bin), an emotionally guarded high school teacher, and Seon Jae Gyu (Ahn Bo Hyun), a passionate man whose warmth gradually melts her icy exterior. Framed as a gentle story of emotional healing, the drama aims to connect with viewers through lighthearted romance and relatable character growth.

With IDOL I gaining momentum and Spring Fever launching on a strong note, the Monday–Tuesday ratings battle is shaping up to be one worth watching in the weeks ahead.
