The upcoming drama Recipe for Love has released its main poster, offering a first look at the emotional tone and interconnected relationships at the heart of the series. The drama centers on two families locked in a bitter feud for over 30 years, tracing their journey as misunderstandings are resolved, old wounds begin to heal, and the families gradually move toward reconciliation.

The newly unveiled poster highlights three couples, each representing a different layer of the story. At the center are Gong Joo Ah, played by Jin Se Yeon, and Yang Hyun Bin, portrayed by Park Ki Woong. Once medical students, Joo Ah is now a fashion designer at Taehan Group, while Hyun Bin serves as the managing director of its fashion division. Childhood first loves from rival families, the two reunite as adults and find themselves torn between love and reality, forming a modern-day Romeo-and-Juliet narrative that anchors the drama’s emotional core.

In contrast, Han Seong Mi (Yoo Ho Jung) and her husband Gong Jeong Han (Kim Seung Soo) embody the calm intimacy of a long-married couple. A psychiatrist and a clinic director, they appear relaxed and confident in the poster, reflecting years of shared life and mutual trust. Admired as a “wannabe couple,” their relationship will be tested as differing values—principle versus practicality—come into conflict.

Meanwhile, Yang Dong Ik (Kim Hyung Mook) and his second wife Cha Se Ri (So Yi Hyun) present a more subtle dynamic. Their bright smiles suggest harmony, yet beneath the surface lies an emotional restraint that hints at unspoken truths, adding intrigue to their on-screen chemistry.

The production team commented that the poster offers a glimpse into the intertwined relationships of the three couples, each with distinct stories and appeal. As the two families become increasingly entangled, the drama aims to deliver humor, empathy, and heartfelt comfort. Recipe for Love is set to premiere on January 31 at 8 p.m. KST.
