SBS’s upcoming fantasy romance drama No Tail to Tell has released a new main poster, offering a clearer glimpse into its characters and world while heightening anticipation ahead of its premiere.

No Tail to Tell stars Kim Hye Yoon as Eun Ho, a quirky Gen Z gumiho who is firmly determined not to become human, and Lomon as Kang Si Yeol, an overly confident world-class soccer player. Their unexpected encounter draws them into a chaotic journey in which they gradually come to save one another.

Kim Hye Yoon’s Eun Ho represents a refreshed take on the traditional K-drama gumiho. Living a seemingly peaceful life while handling only “legal” matters, Eun Ho’s routine is disrupted by an unforeseen incident that forces her to confront both her hidden identity and her evolving emotions. The character blends mystery with the candid self-awareness typical of a younger generation.

Lomon’s Kang Si Yeol, meanwhile, is portrayed as a top striker for a renowned overseas club. With fame, talent, and success seemingly secured, his flawless life begins to crack after crossing paths with Eun Ho, pulling him into a world far removed from the rational reality he once knew.

In the newly released poster, Eun Ho appears as though she has stepped out of an East Asian painting, exuding an elegant yet otherworldly aura. Flowing fox tails flutter behind her, while a mysterious glowing orb blooms in her hand, visually emphasizing the drama’s fantasy elements. The caption—“With this look and this charm, it’s only natural that you’d fall for me. As you know, I’m a gumiho”—captures Eun Ho’s confident, charming voice and personality.

No Tail to Tell is set to premiere on January 16 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
