Wang Yibo, one of China’s most versatile young stars, recently shared his thoughts on marriage during his appearance on Season 2 of the popular documentary series Exploring the New World. Active as an actor, singer, dancer, and professional racer, the 28-year-old revealed that he has never seriously considered marriage due to his demanding schedule.

According to Chinese media outlet Xiaoxiang Morning News, Wang explained that marriage feels like something far off in the future. Given the intensity of his current workload and the unique circumstances of living as a public figure, he said he is not yet in a position to envision taking that step in life. His response suggested practicality rather than avoidance, reflecting an awareness of his present reality.

Wang also spoke candidly about the challenges of being constantly in the public eye. He noted that it is difficult to truly relax while working as an entertainer, and that the version of himself shown publicly does not always reflect his most authentic state. Even so, he emphasized that he is content with his current life and career situation.

Looking at Wang Yibo’s recent trajectory, his continued involvement across multiple fields helps explain his cautious stance on marriage. Rather than setting a clear timeline, he appears to favor focusing on his present commitments and allowing future personal decisions to unfold naturally. In an industry where celebrity private lives are often closely scrutinized, his remarks stand as a grounded reflection of prioritizing the moment over long-term speculation.
