The upcoming weekend drama Recipe for Love has unveiled new stills, offering a closer look at the complex relationships within the Gong family.
Recipe for Love is a family reconciliation drama that follows two households entangled in resentment and misunderstandings for 30 years. As long-held conflicts are gradually resolved, old wounds begin to heal, and the two families slowly come together as one.

The newly released stills spotlight the everyday lives and emotional dynamics of the Gong family members. Jin Se Yeon stars as Gong Joo Ah, the eldest daughter. Although she earned a medical license at her mother’s insistence, she rejects a stable career path and quietly pursues her dream of becoming a fashion designer. Having grown up witnessing her parents’ constant conflicts, she harbors a strong aversion to marriage, raising curiosity about how her relationship with her family will eventually change.
Yoo Ho Jung and Kim Seung Soo portray Han Seong Mi, the Gong family’s daughter-in-law, and Gong Jeong Han, the eldest son. Their performances are expected to anchor the drama by realistically depicting the joys, sorrows, conflicts, and reconciliation experienced by a middle-aged couple.
Kim Mi Sook takes on the role of Na Seon Hae, the eldest daughter-in-law of the Gong family, who shoulders the responsibility of raising her grandchildren in place of her busy children, embodying quiet devotion within a traditional family structure.
Choi Dae Chul plays Gong Dae Han, the kind-hearted and innocent second son. After taking on the responsibility of raising his niece Joo Ah and nephew Woo Jae, he faces an unexpected crisis shortly after beginning his newlywed life.
Kim Sun Bin portrays the youngest son Gong Woo Jae, displaying natural sibling chemistry with Jin Se Yeon. Unlike his sister, he is determined to pass the national medical exam, driven by a strong desire not to disappoint his mother.
The production team commented that the Gong family’s journey—from constant bickering to eventual unity—will deeply resonate with viewers, delivering a warm message of growth shaped by diverse family relationships.
Recipe for Love is set to premiere on January 31 at 8 p.m. KST.
