WAKEONE, the agency representing ALPHA DRIVE ONE, has released an official statement addressing member Arno’s recent absence from several group schedules and providing an update on his health condition.
Arno had been participating in the group’s performance-related activities on a limited basis after previously sustaining a fracture from a fall on the stairs. Despite his injury, he continued to attend a number of scheduled appearances, including music programs where he greeted fans. However, on January 21, he was absent from the group’s radio and music show schedules, prompting concern among fans.

In a statement released on January 22, WAKEONE explained that Arno experienced sudden and severe swelling in his eyes while attending a scheduled activity on January 21 and was taken to the hospital for medical evaluation. Doctors subsequently diagnosed him with an acute allergic reaction, which made it impossible for him to participate in that day’s recordings of “Show Champion” and “IDOL RADIO Season 4.”
The agency apologized for not informing fans in advance, noting that Arno’s condition worsened unexpectedly. At present, Arno is prioritizing rest and recovery, with the agency pledging to provide full support to ensure he can recover as quickly and safely as possible.
WAKEONE also stated that any further changes to Arno’s participation in official schedules will be announced through the “ALPHA DRIVE ONE Plus Chat” schedule calendar. Expressing gratitude to fans for their concern and continued support, the agency reaffirmed its commitment to helping Arno return to activities in good health.
