U+tv’s upcoming drama “Love Phobia” has released a glimpse of its first script reading session, offering an early look at the atmosphere of the production. The series tells the story of Han Sun Ho (Kim Hyun Jin), a romance novelist who is deeply in touch with his emotions, and Yoon Bi Ah (Yeonwoo), the emotionally reserved CEO of the AI-powered dating app “It’s You.” When their paths cross, the two gradually come to understand each other and begin a journey toward finding love.

The script reading was led by director Wang Hye Ryeong and writer Lee Se Ryeong, with the main cast members gathering in one place for the first time. The lineup included Yeonwoo, Kim Hyun Jin, Jo Yun Seo, Choi Byung Chan, Lim Ji Eun, Lee Ji Hae, Kim Ki Nam, Han Gyu Min, Hwang Ha Jung, and Kim So Ha. Despite it being their first full run-through together, the actors already displayed smooth teamwork and a focused, energetic atmosphere, raising expectations for the drama’s final outcome.

Yeonwoo quickly immersed herself in the role of Yoon Bi Ah, a character who appears cool and rational on the outside but is gentle and sensitive within, effectively setting the tone for the session. Her portrayal will focus on the subtle emotional shifts of someone who is afraid of love yet slowly learns to face it. Kim Hyun Jin, on the other hand, delivered a well-balanced performance as Han Sun Ho, a romance novelist with an unmistakably devoted and sincere side, moving naturally between moments of determination and sweetness. He also pointed out that the relationships between the characters and their backstories would be a key point for viewers to watch.

Jo Yun Seo, who plays Bi Ah’s best friend and business partner Seol Jae Hee, emphasized the capable and reliable side of her character, adding a sense of realism and stability to the story. Choi Byung Chan brought his signature cheerful and charming energy to the role of Han Baek Ho, Sun Ho’s twin younger brother and the head manager of an agency, lightening the mood on set. In addition, the presence of experienced supporting actors such as Lim Ji Eun, Lee Ji Hae, Kim Ki Nam, Han Gyu Min, Hwang Ha Jung, and Kim So Ha made the reading session feel even more complete and dynamic.

With the cast already showing strong chemistry and enthusiasm, attention is now turning to how this distinctive love story, infused with AI elements and emotional growth, will unfold on screen.
