Lee Si Woo’s Appearance Raises Questions About a Gumiho Thought to Be Gone
SBS’s fantasy romance drama No Tail To Tell has revealed new developments as Kim Hye Yoon and Lomon’s characters come face to face with a mysterious woman whose presence deepens the drama’s intrigue.

The series follows Eun Ho, a quirky Gen Z gumiho played by Kim Hye Yoon who is determined to remain non-human, and Kang Si Yeol, a confident world-class soccer player portrayed by Lomon. Bound together by fate, the two embark on a chaotic journey in which they attempt to save each other while confronting the consequences of their choices.
In earlier episodes, Eun Ho became human after saving Kang Si Yeol’s life, losing her supernatural powers in the process. This transformation also cost Kang Si Yeol the chance to alter his destiny. As events unfolded, he became convinced that another gumiho still exists, leading the pair to Seoraksan in search of her. The episode ended on a dramatic note when Eun Ho confronted a buried memory of Kang Si Yeol once stabbing her in the chest, leaving viewers with lingering tension.
In the newly revealed scenes, Eun Ho and Kang Si Yeol continue their climb through the darkening forest, prepared to put themselves in danger to draw out the gumiho they seek. Their plans are interrupted when a woman carrying a lantern suddenly appears before them. Played by Lee Si Woo, the woman’s youthful appearance, ethereal aura, and elegant clothing immediately set her apart from ordinary hikers.

What draws even greater attention is her striking resemblance to Geum Ho, a gumiho who became human centuries ago and was believed to have met a tragic end. As Eun Ho looks at her, a complex mix of shock and sorrow crosses her face, hinting at unresolved ties from the past.
According to the production team, the identity of this mysterious woman will play a decisive role in the story ahead. Whether she is human, a gumiho, or connected to Geum Ho in another way remains unclear, but her appearance is set to steer No Tail To Tell into a new and pivotal phase.
