KBS2’s upcoming daily drama “Pearl in Red” has released a new set of stills, highlighting how three key characters begin from the same emotion—love—yet move toward very different destinies.

“Pearl in Red” follows a revenge-driven story centered on two women who return under false identities to uncover the sins and buried truths of the Adele family. Park Jin Hee stars as Kim Dan Hee, who abandons her own life after discovering the tragic truth behind her twin sister’s fate and begins living under her sister’s name. Nam Sang Ji plays Baek Jin Joo, who reappears as “Chloe Lee” after losing her family and vowing revenge.

The newly released images spotlight Kim Kyung Bo, Kang Da Bin, and Chun Hee Joo, each portraying a distinct emotional presence. Kim Kyung Bo takes on the role of Park Min Joon, the “half-heir” of the Adele Group. Though gentle and composed on the surface, he is caught in a fierce succession battle. Rather than power, Min Joon longs for love and freedom, yet gradually reveals firm resolve as he tries to protect those close to him.

In contrast, Kang Da Bin’s Park Hyun Joon approaches life with ease, showing little interest in ambition or competition, offering a carefree counterpoint within the Adele family.

Chun Hee Joo portrays Choi Yoo Na, a character who conceals anxiety and desire behind a calm exterior. After being rejected by Park Min Joon, Yoo Na’s jealousy drives her to make irreversible choices, eventually placing her in direct conflict with Baek Jin Joo and intensifying the drama’s tension.

Beginning from the same emotional foundation but shaped by different decisions, the three characters’ diverging journeys add depth and intrigue to “Pearl in Red.”

“Pearl in Red” is scheduled to premiere on February 23 at 7:50 p.m. KST.
