The agency explained that for settlement payments previously received through the corporation, Kim Seon-ho not only paid the required corporate taxes but also completed additional payments for personal income tax. The process to dissolve the corporation is currently underway, with administrative procedures nearing completion.
The statement added that Kim Seon-ho is reflecting deeply on the matter, acknowledging that the corporation was established and maintained for over a year without sufficient understanding of its operations. He has expressed his sincere apology through the agency’s official response.
