The crime investigation drama 《被隐匿的真相》- “The Hidden Truth” has officially confirmed its premiere date and will begin airing on February 6, 2026. The series stars Ding Guansen in the lead role, with Yin Xiaotian, Huang Tingting, Wang Ning, Xia Zhiqing, Song Ziqiao, Zhai Yujia, and Li Jiazhen appearing in supporting roles.
The story centers on Tang Tang, a young criminal police officer who joins his mentor in reopening an unsolved case known as the “nude banquet case,” which took place fifteen years earlier. The return of Bai Qiming, the former main suspect, to Qing City immediately draws police attention and prompts a renewed investigation. As surveillance and inquiries progress, authorities uncover a web of criminal organizations connected to the case.
One key discovery involves the “Bagong Kennel,” an online platform operating under the guise of rescuing stray dogs. Investigators find that it has been deceiving the public for illegal profit and is deeply linked to Bai Qiming’s criminal activities. At the same time, a pair of dog thieves cause repeated disturbances across the city, while incidents involving elderly people and children consuming poisoned food further intensify social tension. Behind these seemingly unrelated events, connections to Bai Qiming gradually come to light.
As the investigation deepens, additional cases emerge, including a fatal accident involving Wang Li, the owner of the well-known Hongyun Restaurant, and the unexplained disappearance of a homeless man. While Tang Tang steadily pieces together the truth, the situation takes a dramatic turn when his childhood friend is kidnapped. The identity of the true mastermind behind the crimes begins to surface, pushing the story toward a tense and unsettling climax.
According to the broadcast schedule, subscribers will receive the first four episodes on February 6 at 12 p.m., followed by daily episode releases, with the finale expected on February 14. The release plan for non-subscribers has yet to be announced.
