Recent industry discussions have brought renewed attention to the upcoming drama project Mist in Green, with Zhang Jingyi and Li Xian frequently mentioned as potential leads. According to circulating information, the series is set to be directed by Chiu Yu Ning and is tentatively scheduled to begin filming in the second quarter of this year.

Sources indicate that both Zhang Jingyi and Li Xian have signed letters of intent related to the project. However, such agreements represent preliminary willingness to collaborate rather than finalized contracts. Until production officially begins, casting decisions remain subject to change.

It has also been reported that other actresses are still being considered for the female lead, suggesting that the selection process is ongoing. Adjustments during the preparatory phase are not uncommon, as productions continue to assess creative fit, scheduling, and overall project balance.

At this stage, information regarding the lead cast of Mist in Green should be viewed as provisional. Confirmation will ultimately depend on official announcements or the project’s formal launch.
