The series centers on a Traffic Crime Investigation unit that pursues criminals on the road. Its first season saw consistent growth in viewership, ending on a strong note and laying the groundwork for an expanded sequel. Heo Sung Tae continues as Team Leader Jung Chae Man, a character still carrying personal grief while pursuing justice in complex cases.
Lee Ho Chul and Moon Hee resume their roles as the team’s analyst and intelligence specialist, providing crucial support behind the scenes. Newcomer Jisung plays rookie patrol officer Ji Dae Se, bringing a youthful perspective and representing the growth of a new generation within law enforcement.
Scheduled to air in the second half of 2026, “Crash 2” aims to expand both its narrative scale and thematic depth, exploring responsibility and justice through a broader range of traffic crime investigations.
