The period drama “Sha Er Shi Zhang” is set to premiere on February 11, 2026. Starring Liao Jian, Li Boqing, Xiang Tian, Duan Xiaowei, Huang Zhizhong, Ouyang Fenqiang, Huang Pinyuan, and Liu Yajin, the series centers on the dramatic transformation of an unlikely hero amid turbulent times.
The story follows wealthy young master Fan Sha Er, who is buried alive by his father after being accused of robbing a granary. Escaping death, he flees and later meets Xiugu and her father, with whom he opens a hot pot restaurant. However, his fortunes take another turn when he is persecuted by Master Huo and, guided by a mysterious figure known as Xuan Ji Zi, mistakenly joins a bandit group.
Through a twist of fate, Fan Sha Er rises to become the leader of the bandits and forms a brotherhood devoted to acts of chivalry. After killing Japanese invaders, he is recruited into the military. By earning merit in battle, enforcing discipline, and prohibiting gambling within the ranks, he gradually matures into a commanding officer, eventually becoming a division commander who leads troops in the war effort.
Viewing Schedule
For members, the series will release its first six episodes at 12 p.m. on February 11. Two episodes will be updated daily thereafter, shifting to one episode per day starting February 14, with the finale scheduled for February 24.
SVIP subscribers will gain access to one additional episode ahead of regular member updates.
Non-members will begin streaming from February 18 at 12 p.m. with the first two episodes, followed by one episode per day. The final episode for non-members will air on March 9.
