Yoon Jong Hoon, Uhm Hyun Kyung, Jung Yoon, and Yoon Da Young have been confirmed to star in KBS1’s upcoming daily drama “Our Happy Good Day” (literal title).
“Our Happy Good Day” is a warm family series that weaves together stories from multiple generations. The drama centers on the tense clash between “the world’s most perfect man” and an endearingly clumsy woman, as both strive to become the protagonists of their own lives.
Yoon Jong Hoon will play Go Gyeol, an architect seemingly equipped with every possible advantage. Beneath his cynical gaze, sharp remarks, and free-spirited demeanor, however, lies a personal story he finds difficult to share.
Uhm Hyun Kyung takes on the role of Jo Eun Ae, a startup developer determined to create a more humane, AI-driven world. Despite being frequently overlooked and criticized within her family, she maintains unwavering optimism and resilience. An unexpected incident, however, threatens to dramatically alter the course of her life.
Jung Yoon will portray Go Min Ho, Go Gyeol’s older brother and the head of the Strategic Planning Division at Kangsu Group. Known for his handsome appearance and refined fashion sense, he is also a devoted romantic whose attention is solely focused on Seo Seung Ri (played by Yoon Da Young).
Yoon Da Young plays Seo Seung Ri, a highly accomplished manager in Kangsu Group’s Strategic Planning Division. With striking beauty, keen intelligence, and outstanding work performance, she quickly rose through the ranks. Behind her polished professional image, however, lies an unexpectedly charming side—her enthusiasm for energetic dancing.
The drama further strengthens its cast with veteran actors including Kim Hye Ok, Sunwoo Jae Duk, Yoon Da Hoon, Moon Hee Kyung, Lee Sang Sook, Jung Ho Bin, Lee Ho Jae, and Jung Young Sook.
“Our Happy Good Day” is scheduled to premiere in March, following the conclusion of “Marie and Her Three Daddies.”
