Singer Sung Si Kyung has been confirmed as the next host of “The Seasons.” On March 2, a report by Sports Donga revealed that Sung Si Kyung would take over as MC of KBS2’s music variety program following the final recording of “The Seasons: 10CM’s Pat-Pat,” scheduled for March 3. The transition marks a new chapter for the long-running late-night music talk show.

In response to the report, KBS2 officially confirmed that Sung Si Kyung has been selected as the next MC of “The Seasons.” The broadcaster stated that the subtitle for the upcoming season has not yet been finalized, and details regarding the broadcast schedule and additional information will be announced at a later date. With this appointment, Sung Si Kyung will succeed singer 10CM, who previously led the program under the subtitle “The Seasons: 10CM’s Pat-Pat.”
“The Seasons” is recognized as KBS’s signature late-night music talk show, distinguished by its rotating lineup of hosts each season. Since its launch in 2023, the program has featured a diverse roster of MCs, including Jay Park, Jannabi’s Choi Jung Hoon, AKMU, Lee Hyori, Block B’s Zico, Lee Young Ji, Park Bo Gum, and 10CM. The final episode of “The Seasons: 10CM’s Pat-Pat” is set to air on March 6 at 10 p.m. KST, paving the way for Sung Si Kyung to begin his tenure as the new face of “The Seasons.”
