In a recent report by Hankyung.com on May 21, it was revealed that Lee Jae In has been offered the role of Choi Se Jin. Her agency, Yooborn Company, has confirmed that she is positively reviewing the offer.
A Unique Storyline Inspired by a Web Novel
‘Spring Fever’ is based on a popular web novel and follows the character Yoon Bom as she relocates to the small town of Sinsu. After facing emotional challenges in Seoul, Yoon Bom takes a position as an exchange teacher and initially remains cold and detached. However, her life takes a turn when she meets Seon Jae Kyu, portrayed by Ahn Bo Hyun, leading her to open her heart and embrace new experiences.
The Complex Character of Choi Se Jin
In this anticipated drama, Lee Jae In’s character, Choi Se Jin, transfers to the rural school in Sinsu with the hopes of attaining top grades while dealing with the pressure of her high-achieving family, who are alumni of Seoul National University. However, her aspirations face challenges as she encounters Seon Han Gyeol, a rival who complicates her journey.
