Channel A’s upcoming drama “Positively Yours” has revealed a new poster, offering a first glimpse into the intricate emotional entanglements among its four lead characters. Based on a popular webtoon, the series presents a romantic comedy that unfolds from the unexpected consequences of a single impulsive encounter.

The story follows a man and a woman who have both vowed to avoid marriage, only to find their lives intertwined after an unforeseen one-night incident. Choi Jin Hyuk stars as Kang Doo Joon, the polished CEO of Taehan Liquor, whose composed exterior conceals growing confusion after the incident disrupts his carefully structured life. Oh Yeon Seo plays Jang Hee Won, the youngest-ever manager on the company’s new product development team, a character defined by independence and resolve, yet willing to confront unexpected emotions head-on.
Hong Jong Hyun portrays Cha Min Wook, a gentle and considerate longtime friend of Hee Won and Hwang Mi Ran, while Dasom takes on the role of Hwang Mi Ran, Hee Won’s close companion and dependable, sister-like presence. An unforeseen scandal pulls the four into a complex four-way relationship, challenging the boundaries between friendship and romance.
In the newly released poster, Min Wook and Mi Ran are seated at opposite ends, with Doo Joon and Hee Won positioned between them. Doo Joon’s impeccably tailored suit underscores his refined corporate image, while his tense expression hints at the emotional turmoil sparked by the unexpected encounter. Hee Won, arms crossed and wearing a restrained smile, suggests confidence and quiet strength beneath her calm demeanor.
Min Wook and Mi Ran add further tension to the narrative. Both are visibly unsettled, caught between disbelief and emotional awakening as their close relationships begin to shift. Min Wook is forced to confront feelings that transform years of friendship with Hee Won into something deeper, while Mi Ran faces a similar realization regarding Min Wook, introducing another unpredictable layer to the story.
“Positively Yours” is set to premiere on January 17 at 10:30 p.m. KST, promising a romantic comedy that balances lighthearted charm with emotionally complex relationships shaped by chance and choice.
