MBC’s upcoming drama “The Judge Returns” has unveiled behind-the-scenes photos that capture the dedication and intensity of its lead actors Ji Sung, Won Jin Ah, and Park Hee Soon during filming.
“The Judge Returns” follows the story of Lee Han Young (Ji Sung), a corrupt judge who becomes subservient to a powerful law firm. After unexpectedly traveling back 10 years into the past, he is given a second chance at life and chooses to pursue justice by punishing those responsible for great evils.
In the newly released photos, Ji Sung is seen attentively listening to the production team and carefully checking camera movements ahead of filming, demonstrating his commitment to the role and his focus on even the smallest details of performance.
Park Hee Soon is also shown maintaining intense concentration, closely monitoring his own acting in cold weather conditions and preparing for his scenes with a serious and composed demeanor, highlighting the gravity of his character.
Won Jin Ah displays striking duality on set, effortlessly shifting between her off-camera personality and her role as the relentless prosecutor Kim Jin Ah. The contrast between her bright, approachable presence behind the scenes and her sharp, commanding gaze in character underscores the depth of her performance.
Reflecting on the filming experience, Won Jin Ah shared that the strong chemistry among the cast kept the set lively and full of laughter.
