The wedding banquet of Chen Han Dian and Lulu Huang Lu Tzu-Yin was held in Taipei on the evening of January 25, welcoming around 650 guests across more than 60 tables. With a guest list packed with celebrities, the event was likened to a miniature awards ceremony. Beyond the newlyweds themselves, Annette Shun’s low-key appearance quickly became one of the most talked-about highlights both at the venue and online.
Among the many celebrity attendees, Roy Chiu and Annette Shun—who were married not long ago—did not give media interviews, but were spotted together in group photos with fellow entertainers. Once the images surfaced, online discussion quickly followed, with fans noting that the couple still looked just as sweet and natural together.

Shun’s presence was particularly notable given her demanding schedule. She had been performing in the stage play That Year, We Descended to Earth at the Weiwuying National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts on January 24 and 25, with the final performance ending around 2:30 p.m. on the day of the wedding. Immediately after finishing work, she traveled north to Taipei to attend the banquet with Chiu, a gesture widely praised as a reflection of her loyalty and support for close friends.
In terms of style, Shun wore a beige jacket with a deep V neckline that highlighted her collarbone, paired with a minimalist gold necklace. The look conveyed an elegant yet confident aura, with her long legs drawing particular attention. Chiu opted for a black striped suit jacket over a black shirt, leaving the collar open without a tie for a relaxed but polished appearance.
During the banquet, the couple posed for photos with friends including Wang Tsai Hua and Pan Jo Di. Shun flashed a cheerful victory sign toward the camera, while Chiu smiled softly with a glass of red wine in hand. Their coordinated light-and-dark outfits stood out amid the crowd, making this rare post-marriage public appearance especially eye-catching.
The wedding also sparked discussion around its finer details. Witness Wu Tsung-hsien drew laughs with his trademark humor, joking in interviews that he was given a separate waiting room and “couldn’t be locked in with the newlyweds.” Previously, he had mentioned preparing a red envelope worth NT$2 million. When asked at the banquet whether it had been delivered, he brushed it off jokingly, while the couple later confirmed that he had already requested their bank details and transferred the amount in advance.
Chen Han Dian and Lulu revealed that the wedding cost approximately NT$5 to 6 million, with gift money estimated by observers to potentially exceed NT$10 million. Footage from the engagement ceremony held earlier that day showed the couple in traditional Chinese attire, with emotional moments shared between both families. Lulu’s father personally driving a taxi to send his daughter off to be married became one of the most touching scenes of the celebration.
