Actor Jo Jung Suk is reportedly considering a lead role in an upcoming drama. On February 5, IZE reported that he is set to take on the title role in the new project “Paper Man.”
In response to the report, Jo Jung Suk’s agency, JAM Entertainment, stated that the actor has received an offer to star in “Paper Man” and is currently reviewing it positively. While his appearance has not yet been confirmed, the news has drawn attention to the potential project.

“Paper Man” tells the story of a man with color blindness who becomes entangled in a counterfeit money case. The drama is expected to explore the character’s psychological journey as he navigates unexpected circumstances and moral dilemmas.
The series will be directed by Lee Il Hyung, known for his work on the film “A Violent Prosecutor” and the Netflix series “Karma.” His involvement adds further anticipation for the project, given his experience with character-driven storytelling.
If Jo Jung Suk confirms his participation, “Paper Man” would mark his return to television following the 2024 tvN drama “Captivating the King,” making it his first small-screen appearance in some time.
