The upcoming thriller drama “Mad Concrete Dreams” has released its first stills of Kim Jun Han in character, heightening anticipation ahead of its premiere.
The series follows a struggling landlord who becomes entangled in crime while trying to protect his family and property. Burdened by mounting debts, he agrees to participate in a staged kidnapping, only for the plan to spiral out of control when the fake abduction turns dangerously real.

Kim Jun Han plays Min Hwal Seong, a close friend of Ki Soo Jong (Ha Jung Woo). Charming and eloquent, Min Hwal Seong marries the wealthy Jeon Yi Kyung (Krystal), but finds himself living under his in-laws’ roof and dependent on them financially. After repeated failures in business and investment, he gradually becomes almost invisible within the family.
Privately, however, Min Hwal Seong harbors a sense of superiority toward his friend Ki Soo Jong, even jokingly suggesting that Soo Jong sell him his building before redevelopment. Determined to gain recognition from his wife and mother-in-law, he gathers money from various sources while watching for opportunities. Yet his ambitions begin to spiral out of control, complicating both his friendship and the broader situation.

In the newly released stills, Kim Jun Han convincingly embodies the boastful yet anxious Min Hwal Seong. He appears affectionate and attentive in front of his wife, but his sharp, wary gaze hints at hidden schemes and growing desperation.
“Mad Concrete Dreams” is scheduled to premiere on March 14 at 9:10 p.m. KST.
