ENA’s upcoming drama “Climax” has unveiled a suspenseful new teaser, hinting at a high-stakes marriage built on ambition and power.
“Climax” follows the fierce survival story of prosecutor Bang Tae Seob, who infiltrates a power-driven cartel in his quest to rise to the top of South Korea’s power hierarchy.

The teaser opens with Bang Tae Seob (Ju Ji Hoon) asking, “Is there a stronger bond than when two people’s needs align?” A-list actress Chu Sang Ah (Ha Ji Won) responds, “Is this a threat?” to which he calmly replies, “It’s a proposal.”
Their marriage is portrayed as a calculated alliance born of ambition rather than love. While passion and physical intimacy remain between them, trust appears to be in short supply. Bang Tae Seob grows increasingly suspicious, telling someone, “My wife is hiding something.” At the same time, another voice questions, “How much do you trust Bang Tae Seob?”
Chu Sang Ah openly challenges her husband’s intentions, accusing him of “just trying to use my fame for your grand ambitions.” The teaser concludes with Bang Tae Seob declaring, “My goal is to stand at the top of South Korea.”
With its focus on power struggles, ambition, and fractured trust, “Climax” sets the stage for an intense political and emotional confrontation.
