The 51st Korean Broadcasting Awards Ceremony

The 51st Korean Broadcasting Awards has officially announced its winners! The prestigious ceremony was held on September 2 at the KBS TV Open Hall in Seoul. This year’s event saw outstanding performances from popular artists such as Stayc, Zerobaseone, Lee Eun Mi, and Hyb.

Kim Tae Ri Wins Best Actor

Kim Tae Ri took home the Best Actor award for her incredible role in the occult thriller “Revenant.” During her acceptance speech, she remarked, “It’s been a year since ‘Revenant’ aired. Despite being a terrifying, spine-chilling thriller, I was surprised to see that viewers found strength from it.”

She further elaborated, “Characters in dramas often pose questions about how to live. The character I played, San Young, stands up again despite everything. I am deeply grateful to the director and writer for creating such a character and offering me the opportunity to portray her.” Concluding her heartfelt speech, she added, “As this hot summer ends, I believe a cool breeze will come to those who bear life’s burdens. Thank you for this award. Stay strong, everyone.”

Drama and Variety Show Winners
