Got7’s Jinyoung and Roh Jeong Eui will soon return with the new drama “The Witch”! On August 27, it was announced that their upcoming drama will premiere as a Saturday-Sunday drama in the first half of 2025 via Channel A. This highly anticipated series is based on the webtoon by Kang Full, known for the popular series “Moving.”

Plot and Characters

“The Witch” is a mystery romance that revolves around a woman known as the “witch,” who was chased away from her village after all the men who fell in love with her met untimely deaths. Jinyoung will be playing Dong Jin, a data miner renowned in his industry. His character seeks to prove the innocence of Mi Jung, the woman he loves, who has been labeled a witch. Dong Jin’s investigation leads him to the department of statistics, where he hopes to uncover a pattern behind the misfortunes she has faced.

Roles of the Main Cast

Roh Jeong Eui will take on the role of Mi Jung, a mysterious woman who isolates herself due to the strange and dangerous incidents that seem to follow her. Since childhood, Mi Jung has believed her existence to be a curse, as all the men who liked her were either hurt or died. Despite this isolation, she harbors a desire to experience the outside world, setting up a compelling narrative course for the series.
