THEBLACKLABEL’s beloved producer couple Kush and Vivian (VVN) are officially getting married this week!
On October 8, MyDaily reported that the couple will tie the knot in a private wedding ceremony held in Seoul on October 11.
Their agency THEBLACKLABEL soon confirmed the news, stating, “Kush and Vivian will be getting married on October 11,” while adding, “Please understand that we cannot disclose further details as the ceremony will be private.”
Kush and Vivian first went public with their relationship in July 2016, and after eight years together, the longtime partners are now ready to embark on a new chapter as husband and wife.
Kush debuted in 2003 as one half of the reggae-hip-hop duo Stony Skunk, later transitioning into a full-time producer and songwriter under YG Entertainment in 2007. He went on to craft numerous hit tracks for artists like BIGBANG and 2NE1, earning a reputation as one of the industry’s top hitmakers. Most recently, he wrote and composed Saja Boys’ viral song “Soda Pop,” featured in Netflix’s global hit “KPop Demon Hunters.”
Vivian, who first gained attention after winning first place in a national model contest in 2015, is well known as Girls’ Generation’s Yuri’s cousin. She has since built her own impressive career as a television personality and music producer, contributing to songs by BIGBANG, BLACKPINK, and other major artists. Last year, she appeared as a producer on Mnet’s “I-LAND 2” and recently participated in producing music for the girl group izna.
Warm congratulations to Kush and Vivian as they celebrate their marriage and continue their creative journey together both in music and in life.
