As JTBC’s drama “Surely Tomorrow” prepares to air its final episode tonight, lead actors Park Seo Joon and Won Ji An shared their thoughts on the series and what it has meant to them over the course of its run.

Park Seo Joon spoke warmly about his character, Lee Gyeong Do, saying that he deeply empathized with a man who struggled to express his emotions yet showed a level of consideration for others that surpassed anyone else’s. Reflecting on the year he spent portraying the role, Park noted that the experience taught him how meaningful it can be for an ordinary person’s love to remain unchanged over time, as well as how powerful sincere and gentle affection can be.
Playing on the Korean title of the drama, which translates to “Waiting for Gyeong Do,” Park Seo Joon expressed his gratitude to viewers, sincerely thanking everyone who waited alongside the character throughout the story’s journey.

Won Ji An also shared her appreciation for the drama’s smooth conclusion. She remarked that watching the series on television often reminded her of the dedication and hard work of the director, cast, and crew, filling her with gratitude. She concluded by thanking viewers who stayed with “Surely Tomorrow” until the end and supported Gyeong Do and Ji Woo, expressing her hope that the drama would remain a warm and comforting memory for audiences over time.
