S to X is set at Shimotori Clinic, where Nakajima Kento portrays Shimotori, a therapist specializing in sexual and intimacy-related issues. On a daily basis, he meets patients struggling with deeply personal and often unspoken sexual concerns, many of whom are burdened by social stigma and emotional isolation.
