On February 5, Hyeri’s agency SUBLIME released an update regarding its ongoing legal measures against malicious online posts and comments targeting the artist, reaffirming its firm stance on protecting her rights.
According to the agency, criminal complaints were filed in two rounds between 2024 and 2025 in response to illegal acts such as defamation, insults, sexual harassment, and the spread of false information involving Hyeri. Several individuals connected to these cases have since been identified, with the investigations transferred to the relevant police stations. Some cases have already been forwarded to the prosecution on charges including insult.
SUBLIME stated that it will continue to monitor online platforms and collect evidence, and any additional illegal activity will be addressed through immediate legal action without prior notice. The agency stressed that there will be no leniency or settlements under any circumstances, and that it will pursue all cases to the end in order to eliminate malicious acts directed at its artist.
