Netflix announced on February 11 the production of a new romantic comedy drama, “Love O’Clock,” starring Shin Hae Sun, Na In Woo, Yoon Kyun Sang, and Lee Joo Woo. Adapted from the popular webtoon “An Hour of Romance,” the series follows two individuals who unexpectedly swap souls for one hour each day, creating both humorous and heart-fluttering moments.

Shin Hae Sun plays Cha Ju An, a hardworking variety show producer with a bulldozer-like personality who often sidelines her own happiness. Her life takes a dramatic turn after meeting professional tennis player Yu Do Jin, portrayed by Na In Woo. Yu Do Jin, a disciplined and organized athlete, experiences Ju An’s unruly hour every day, revealing his thoughtful and warm personality beneath a cold exterior.
Yoon Kyun Sang stars as Ko Tae Hoon, a director at Yu Do Jin’s agency and his close friend, who protects Yu Do Jin while maintaining a charming yet guarded demeanor. Lee Joo Woo plays Choi Mi Hyang, a variety show writer, Ju An’s close friend and housemate, whose grounded and honest personality leads her to rediscover romance after meeting Ko Tae Hoon.
The drama is directed by Kim Sang Hup, known for “True Beauty,” “Extraordinary You,” and “Melancholia,” with the script by “A Business Proposal” writers Han Sul Hee and Hong Bo Hui. Notably, Shin Hae Sun and Na In Woo previously co-starred in “Mr. Queen,” adding anticipation for their reunion.
“Love O’Clock” will premiere on Netflix, offering audiences a blend of comedy, romance, and the whimsical charm of soul-swapping experiences.
