KBS2’s upcoming drama Cabbage Your Life has unveiled new stills highlighting the budding romance between Lee Jin Woo and Choi Gyu Ri, offering a glimpse into a love story that unfolds against the backdrop of familial tension.

Cabbage Your Life centers on the chaotic journey of Sung Tae Hoon’s city-bred family as they unexpectedly relocate to Yeonriri village while attempting to find their way back to Seoul. Lee Jin Woo portrays Sung Ji Cheon, Tae Hoon’s eldest son and the pillar of the family. After earning a perfect score on the college entrance exam and entering medical school, Ji Cheon comes to realize that the path does not align with his true aspirations. Without informing his family, he quietly decides to drop out, embarking on a personal quest for identity in the unfamiliar rural setting. In Cabbage Your Life, Ji Cheon’s coming-of-age journey becomes intertwined with an unexpected romance.
Choi Gyu Ri plays Im Bo Mi, the only daughter of Yeonriri’s village chief Im Joo Hyung (Lee Seo Hwan) and Nam Hye Sun (Nam Kwon Ah). Warm, dependable, and deeply devoted to her community, Bo Mi works as a nutritionist responsible for preparing students’ meals, earning the affectionate nickname “Yeonriri’s health guardian.” Her bright and sunny presence stands in contrast to Ji Cheon’s reserved demeanor. When the newcomer arrives in the village, their first encounters hint at love at first sight, with Ji Cheon visibly captivated by Bo Mi’s radiant smile.

Newly released stills capture the subtle tension between the two, from lingering eye contact to quiet moments shared in village settings such as orchards. As their physical distance narrows, anticipation grows for how their youthful romance will develop.
However, their relationship unfolds amid a deepening conflict between their families. Sung Tae Hoon, who must succeed in cabbage farming to secure a return to Seoul, faces hostility from village chief Im Joo Hyung, who harbors strong resentment toward Tae Hoon and his company “Taste Story.” As the two patriarchs clash repeatedly, Ji Cheon and Bo Mi find themselves nurturing their feelings in secret. Whether they can overcome their families’ feud and protect their heartfelt connection remains a key question for Cabbage Your Life, which premieres on March 26 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
