The upcoming Korean drama Cabbage Your Life has unveiled a new poster ahead of its premiere, offering a glimpse into the lively and colorful world of Yeonriri village.

Cabbage Your Life tells the story of Sung Tae Hoon, played by Park Sung Woong, and his city family who suddenly find themselves relocating to the rural village of Yeonriri. As they attempt to adapt to an unfamiliar countryside lifestyle, the family also struggles to find a way back to their former life in Seoul. The drama blends humor and heartwarming moments as the characters navigate unexpected changes and new relationships.

The newly released poster features a map of Yeonriri filled with the village’s distinctive residents. At the center of the story is Sung Tae Hoon, who arrives in the village following an unexpected job reassignment. From the moment he arrives, Sung Tae Hoon forms a tense relationship with the village head Im Joo Hyung, played by Lee Seo Hwan. Their first meeting quickly turns into a clash of personalities, setting the stage for an ongoing rivalry.

Images of Sung Tae Hoon awkwardly working in the fields while Im Joo Hyung watches with amusement hint at the comedic tension between the two men. Their contrasting attitudes raise curiosity about how their rocky relationship will evolve as the story unfolds in Cabbage Your Life.

Meanwhile, Sung Tae Hoon’s wife Jo Mi Ryeo, portrayed by Lee Soo Kyung, attempts to integrate into village life in her own way. She approaches Nam Hye Sun, played by Nam Kwon Ah, who is known as the influential figure behind the scenes in Yeonriri and also leads the village women’s association. By visiting Nam Hye Sun’s Sunny Hair salon and café, Jo Mi Ryeo tries to build a connection with the woman who holds significant social influence in the community.

The drama also highlights the contrasting personalities of Sung Tae Hoon’s children. Their second son Sung Ji Sang, played by Seo Yoon Hyuk, complains about the inconvenience of walking to school, while the youngest son Sung Ji Gu, portrayed by Yang Woo Hyuk, approaches rural life with cheerful curiosity.

Amid the peaceful scenery of Yeonriri, a budding romance begins to develop among the younger generation. Sung Ji Cheon, played by Lee Jin Woo, is the eldest son of Sung Tae Hoon and Jo Mi Ryeo. Despite the tense relationship between their parents, he finds himself drawn to Im Bo Mi, portrayed by Choi Gyu Ri, the only daughter of village head Im Joo Hyung and Nam Hye Sun.

Their shy exchanges and growing feelings are complicated by the presence of Park Soon Kyung, played by Choi Woo Jin, who watches the pair with visible jealousy. This emerging love triangle is expected to add youthful energy and emotional tension to the story.

Elsewhere in the village, other residents bring their own stories to life. Lee Sun Ja, played by Lee Sun Hee, and Wang Dong Sik, portrayed by Park Seok Won, secretly enjoy hidden dates. Meanwhile, the so-called “Rae Sisters”—Lee Deok Rae (Kim Geun Ah), Lee Ok Rae (Kim Kwak Kyung Hee), and Lee Mak Rae (Cha Hee)—observe the ongoing quarrels between Sung Tae Hoon and Im Joo Hyung with keen interest.

As Sung Tae Hoon’s family continues adjusting to their unexpected rural life, viewers are curious to see whether they will eventually find their place among Yeonriri’s unique residents in Cabbage Your Life.

Cabbage Your Life is scheduled to premiere on March 26 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
