The romantic comedy manga Sono Tensai-sama wa Giso Kanojo ni Shuchakusuru is set to be adapted into a live-action television drama, with Konno Taiki and Kato Shiho confirmed as the lead actors.

Story Overview
The drama centers on Hoshino Rin, played by Kato Shiho, a woman approaching her 30th birthday who finds herself stuck in a difficult phase of life after repeatedly failing to find a husband. Feeling increasingly anxious about her future, Rin accepts a temporary housekeeping job that her older brother introduces to her.
Her new employer is Wakatsuki Iku, portrayed by Konno Taiki, a brilliant but socially isolated programming genius who lives alone and rarely interacts with others.
Not long after Rin begins working at his home, Iku suddenly proposes an unusual arrangement: a “fake dating contract.” What begins as a purely practical and fabricated relationship gradually changes as the two spend more time together. Despite their vastly different personalities and lifestyles, the pair slowly grow closer, leading to a romance filled with comedic misunderstandings and heartfelt moments.
