The upcoming tvN office romance drama Filing for Love has offered audiences a first glimpse into its cast dynamics through a newly released script reading video. Featuring Shin Hae Sun, Gong Myoung, Kim Jae Wook, and Hong Hwa Yeon, the project is already drawing attention for its character-driven setup and ensemble chemistry.

Filing for Love centers on the story of Noh Ki Joon, played by Gong Myoung, a former elite member of a corporate audit team who is reassigned to handle internal misconduct cases. His counterpart, Joo In Ah, portrayed by Shin Hae Sun, is a highly capable yet uncompromising audit team leader known for her strict standards and unconventional personality. The pairing of these two contrasting figures forms the foundation of the drama’s narrative.

During the script reading session of Filing for Love, both Gong Myoung and Shin Hae Sun displayed a lighthearted rapport that hints at their on-screen dynamic. Gong Myoung expressed his nervous excitement, while Shin Hae Sun responded playfully, setting a tone that balances professionalism with humor. This early interaction suggests that Filing for Love may rely heavily on character chemistry to drive its storytelling.

Within the drama, Shin Hae Sun’s character Joo In Ah is recognized as the company’s youngest female executive, a figure both respected and feared for her uncompromising work ethic. Her decision to assign Noh Ki Joon to handle sensitive internal cases disrupts his previously stable career path. In Filing for Love, this shift introduces both tension and comedic elements, as the two characters navigate a complicated professional relationship.

On the other hand, Gong Myoung’s portrayal of Noh Ki Joon reflects a sharp and capable professional whose life takes an unexpected turn. Demoted from a prestigious department to a more challenging role, his interactions with Joo In Ah become a central source of narrative development in Filing for Love. The contrast between his earlier status and his new position adds depth to the character’s journey.

The ensemble cast further enriches Filing for Love. Kim Jae Wook takes on the role of Jeon Jae Yeol, a third-generation chaebol heir who conceals emotional emptiness behind a refined exterior. His storyline introduces themes of ambition and personal sacrifice. Meanwhile, Hong Hwa Yeon plays Park Ah Jeong, a secretary whose outward beauty contrasts with her guarded inner world, shaped by her experiences and unrequited love.

During the script reading, the cast also highlighted key aspects of Filing for Love to anticipate. Shin Hae Sun pointed to the evolving and sometimes reversed dynamics between the two leads as a central appeal, while Kim Jae Wook emphasized the contrasting personalities within the narrative. Together, these elements suggest that Filing for Love will explore both professional conflicts and emotional development within a structured corporate setting.

As Filing for Love moves toward its premiere, the early glimpse into the cast’s interaction indicates a production that places strong emphasis on character interplay. With Shin Hae Sun and Gong Myoung leading the story, the drama is poised to blend workplace tension with romantic and comedic undertones.
