Disney’s upcoming drama ‘Light Shop’ is creating quite a buzz, especially with the release of new stills featuring the talented Park Bo Young. The series takes viewers on a captivating journey into a unique lamp store that illuminates a dark alley, attracting mysterious guests each harboring hidden secrets. Based on the webtoon by artist Kang Full, ‘Light Shop’ promises to deliver an engaging narrative filled with intriguing characters and emotional depth.

Park Bo Young’s Role as Young Ji

In ‘Light Shop’, Park Bo Young transforms into the character Young Ji, a dedicated nurse in the intensive care unit (ICU). As someone who prioritizes her patients’ recovery above everything else, Young Ji’s warm demeanor brings solace to the ward. However, new stills also reveal a contrasting side of her character, showcasing her moment of fear, which raises questions among viewers. This complexity in Young Ji’s character adds depth to the storyline and captivates the audience’s attention.

Kim Hee Won, making his directorial debut, noted his hope for Bo Young to showcase a new side of her acting ability through this drama. Together, they aim to create a powerful series that resonates strongly with viewers.

‘Light Shop’ consists of a total of eight episodes, premiering four episodes on December 4, followed by two episodes each week for the next two weeks. With its compelling storyline and a stellar cast, this drama is poised to become a must-watch for fans.
